The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its
Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.
To use Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which
is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.
Click below to access
(opens in a new window).
You can still opt to access services online using the Patient Access interface with our computer system.
Another option now is to use the NHS App.
You can book and cancel your appointments, request repeat medication and see a summary of your medical records online.
Registration can all be done remotely if you choose the NHS App. For the Patient Access service, once your registration account is created you will need to come into the surgery with your passport or driving licence so that your account can be activated. You will then be able to use the system to book and cancel appointments and request repeat medication as required.
Please complete an application form available from reception for access to your medical records if this is required for Patient Access.
Please note: online appointments are not intended to be used for tests e.g. cervical smears, although we have some availability for the booking of blood tests and for checking blood pressure. Details on what is covered by appointments should be indicated, please note that we reserve the right to ask you to rebook if your requirement is inappropriate to the slot you have booked. You can also book for appointments with our Advanced Nurse Practitioners as well as GPs.
We regret that currently we do not allow the booking of general nurse appointments online due to the varying nature and lengths of appointments involved. This will be reviewed as new options become available.
The reception team can advise on the most appropriate appointment, please ask if you are not sure.
PLEASE NOTE APPOINTMENTS SHOULD ONLY BE BOOKED FOR YOU AS THE REGISTERED USER. This is to avoid confusion, ensure appointment records are correct and protect confidentiality.
Please do not book in your name on behalf of other family members including children.
