Help Us To Help You

Responsibilities of Patients

Our team will always aim to provide the best possible service to each and every patient. To that end, we welcome your comments and suggestions about the service we provide. In return we ask that you treat our staff with courtesy at all times.

Verbal abuse of any kind or violent, intimidating conduct will not be tolerated and could mean that you will be asked to seek GP services elsewhere. That may include your having to attend the practice contracted to deal with these circumstances by the CCG: The Quays on Myton Street, Hull.

At times we can become very busy! With the intention to give each patient a quality service, we ask for your understanding in situations of delay beyond our control. Do let us know in plenty of time if you are going to be late or will be unable to attend for your appointment. Failure to do so makes it more difficult to provide appointments for everybody who needs one. If you are going to be late for your appointment, we will still make every reasonable effort to see you, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Change of Personal Details

Please let the reception team know if any of your personal details change, for example change of name upon marriage, moving to a new address in the practice area, new telephone number etc. It is vitally important that the data we hold about you is accurate.
